Avec cet itinéraire, vous mettrez bout à bout plusieurs des parcours de courses décrites dans les sections <10km, pour en faire un magistrale tour de Nice , filer jusqu'à la citadelle de Villefranche sur mer et sa plage, monter jusqu’au fort du Mont Alban par la route Forestière, puis descendre la moyenne Corniche et traverser quartier du port, passant devant la tête au carré, pour monter sur la colline de Cimiez - Grands Espaces !

With this itinerary, you will put together several of the running tracks described in the <10km sections, to make a masterful tour of Nice ; run from Nice Marina to the citadel of Villefranche sur mer and its beach, climb up to the fort of Mont Alban by the Route ForestiereRoad, then run down the Moyenne Corniche and cross the port district, pass by the "Tete au Carré", then climb up the hill of Cimiez - Grands Espaces !
